가장 이노션다운 워크플레이스를 위해 임직원들이 오피스에서 느낄 경험, EX(Employee eXperience)를 중심으로 공간을 기획한 프로젝트이다.​밸류애드를 위한 적정규모검토부터, 임직원 인터뷰, 데이터 리서치, 공간경험 디자인, 건축설계 까지 다양한 분야가 접목된 공간기획을 진행하였으며, 현재는 공간환경설계를 위해 건축, 인테리어, 조명, 사이니지까지 통합디자인을 진행하고 있다.

This project was designed with a focus on Employee Experience (EX), aiming to create a workplace that truly embodies the identity of Innocean. From the initial assessment of appropriate scale for value-add opportunities, to employee interviews, data research, and spatial experience design, a multidisciplinary planning process was undertaken. Currently, the project has progressed to integrated environmental design, encompassing architecture, interior design, lighting, and signage.
